Dirk Dzimirsky Workshop

Last week I was lucky enough to take part in one of Dirk Dzimirsky's charcoal workshops in Germany. I was in total awe, surrounded by his great works and watching him make images come alive! I have to say, the image above looked even more amazing close up in the flesh...was lucky to see this one as it sold on the first day of our workshop!

Sadly, my favourite of Dirks work, Frozen, had already been sold so I never had the opportunity to see it close up but I was able to see a similar piece he's been working on...with a bit of luck I may be able to purchase a print of it before he sells it!
